Angela returns to her hometown with her young son Guille to visit her ill father, but when she arrives, he has  just passed away. Char, his lover, explains the situation of the paternal business, a hall with seven billiard tables that is seriously indebted. Angela resolves to rebuild her life there and take on the business.
